Each individual may register only one personal account on 699bat. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying information — are strictly prohibited. 699bat reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and retain any balances pending investigation.

During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum, a valid username, password, and contact details. You warrant that all information submitted is truthful, current, and complete. Registering under a false identity, including using another person's name, payment details, or identification documents, is a serious breach of these terms and may be referred to the relevant authorities.

2.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

4.1 General Bonus Terms

5.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on 699bat are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to verify the details of every wager — including the event, selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. 699bat will not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances defined below.

Odds and markets are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that will apply to the settled bet. In the event of a system error that results in obviously incorrect odds being offered and accepted, 699bat reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the accounts concerned.

5.2 Void Bets & Cancellations

A bet may be voided and stakes returned in the following circumstances:

• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed beyond a defined period, or otherwise does not take place.
• The bet was accepted due to a palpable error in the listed odds or market parameters.
• Evidence of match-fixing, corrupt activity, or any other integrity issue affecting the relevant event, as determined by 699bat at its sole discretion.
• A technical fault on the 699bat platform that resulted in the bet being placed incorrectly or at terms not genuinely offered.

5.3 Casino & Slot Games

Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond 699bat's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.

699bat shall not be liable for any loss — including loss of winnings, loss of data, or any other direct or indirect loss — arising from platform unavailability, technical faults, connectivity issues, or any other cause outside 699bat's reasonable control.

7.2 Accuracy of Information
